key points about our warranty
- Comline products are warranted against manufacturing and material defects for 36 months or 36,000 miles (60,000 km), whichever comes first.
- Service items (e.g., filters) are covered for the period recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
- Returned parts must be clean, dry, and properly packaged.
- Comline liability is limited to replacement or credit; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
- Wear and tear items (e.g., brake pads, discs, wiper blades) are covered for their natural lifespan or up to 3 years.
- Claims must be submitted online via the Returns Portal, with all returns clearly marked with the Warranty Reference Number (WRN).
- “No Quibble” warranty applies to clutch kits only if no labour is claimed.
- Timing Chain Kits have a 4-year/100,000 km warranty.

Comline branded products sold by Comline Auto Parts Ltd, its subsidiaries or by any Comline appointed sales distributor or agent are warranted to be free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of 3 years or 36,000 miles (60,000 km) from fitment (whichever comes first). With the exception of our Timing Chain Kits which carry a 4 year or 60,000 miles (100,000 km) warranty.

returns policy
Should you wish to return a Comline brand product, please contact the business from which the product was purchased. As a trade-only brand we are unable to accept returns directly from the workshop or consumer and returns must therefore be handle via one of our approved trade partners.
Comline trade customers can arrange returns, track warranty claims and manage stock cleanses via our new returns portal.
