Goodwood Festival of Speed Competition Terms and Conditions

Comline Auto Parts (Comline) has announced a motorsport themed social media competition with a pair of Saturday tickets to this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed on offer to two lucky winners!
Running exclusively on the Comline Facebook page, ComlineAutoParts, from Monday 28th June to Friday 2nd July, the competition post will pose a multiple-choice question about the brand’s most recent motorsport sponsorship announcement!
All correct answers will be automatically entered into a random prize draw which will take place at 3pm on Friday 2nd July. Competition winners will be announced immediately thereafter via the Comline Facebook page.
Comline followers’ craving the ‘need for speed’ should enter the Goodwood Festival of Speed competition before 2.00pm on Friday 2nd July, when the competition will close.
Look out across the brand’s other social channels including Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn for information on its motorsport sponsorship and for competition coverage throughout the week ahead!

The following terms and conditions apply to Goodwood Festival of Speed competition being run in the UK.
1. How to Enter.
1.1. To join in the competition entrants will need to answer the multiple-choice question posed by Comline on Facebook on Monday 28th June 2021.
1.2. The winners will be selected at random from all correct answers received on Facebook by 2.00pm on the day the competition closes, Friday 2nd July.
2. When to Enter and Who can Enter.
2.1. The Competition opens on Monday 28th June and closes on Friday 2nd July at 2.00pm. The winners will be contacted directly and announced after 3.00pm on Friday 2nd July.
2.2. Entrants can enter at any point until the prize draw is made.
2.3. Entrants can only enter the Competition once, but can like, share, and comment as many times as they like.
3. Prizes
3.1. There are 2 prizes for the competition, each being a pair of tickets to Goodwood Festival of Speed on Saturday 10th July.
3.2. The Prize is as stated, and it cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, goods, or services. Unless specifically agreed in writing with Comline Auto Parts Ltd, the Prize is not transferable and must be taken by the winner in person.
4. Data Protection and Publicity
4.1. You consent to your name and a photograph being disclosed on digital channels or other media if you win any Prizes under the Competition.
4.2. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK/ROI data protection legislation. By entering the Competition, you agree that may contact you in relation to the Competition.
4.3. The Competition winners will be announced on Facebook by 5.00pm on the day of the prize draw taking place.
5. Competition Rules
5.1. The Competition will be run, and the Prizes will be awarded at sole discretion of Comline Auto Parts Ltd.
6. Liability and Indemnities
6.1. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far, as is permitted by law, exclude responsibility and all liabilities, whether direct or indirect, arising from:
6.1.1. any postponement or cancellation of the Competition.
6.1.2. any changes to, supply of or use of the Prize; and
6.1.3. any act or default of any supplier, which are beyond reasonable control of Comline Auto Parts Ltd.
6.2. Comline Auto Parts Ltd. does not accept responsibility for any liability arising from technical incompatibility, problems relating to the internet, or technical difficulties of any kind.
7. Jurisdiction
7.1. The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. England & Wales or Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
