Starting today on Comline Facebook page and running until Thursday 21^st April, the Comline Richardson Racing competition asks entrants to tell us the names of both Comline Richardson Racing drivers recently announced for the 2022 season.

Correct answers will be automatically included in the random prize draw and two winners will be announced on Facebook on Monday 25^th April.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the Comline Richardson Racing competition being run in the UK over Easter 2022 on Comline Auto Parts Ltd Facebook and Instagram channels.

1. How to Enter.

1.1. To enter the competition entrants will need to comment on the competition post on the Facebook page.

1.2. Two winners will be selected at random from all comments received on Facebook by Thursday 21^st December at 5pm.

2. When to Enter and Who can Enter.

2.1. The Competition opens on Wednesday 14^th April and closes on Thursday 21st April at 5pm.

2.2. Entrants can enter at any point until the prize draw is made.

2.3. Entrants can only enter the Competition once, but can like, share, and comment as many times as they like.

3. Prizes

3.1. There are two prizes for the competition. Each prize consists of a pair of General Admission tickets to Porsche Carrera Cup GB at Brands Hatch Indy on 14^th/15th May.

3.2. The Prizes are as stated, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, goods, or services. Unless specifically agreed in writing with Comline Auto Parts Ltd, the Prize is not transferable and must be taken by the winner in person.

4. Data Protection and Publicity

4.1. You consent to your name and a photograph being disclosed on digital channels or other media if you win any Prizes under the Competition.

4.2. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK/ROI data protection legislation. By entering the Competition, you agree that may contact you in relation to the Competition.

4.3. The Competition winners will be contacted on Facebook on Monday 25^th April.

5. Competition Rules

5.1. The Competition will run, and the Prizes will be awarded at sole discretion of Comline Auto Parts Ltd.

6. Liability and Indemnities

6.1. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far, as is permitted by law, exclude responsibility and all liabilities, whether direct or indirect, arising from:

6.1.1. any postponement or cancellation of the Competition.

6.1.2. any changes to, supply of or use of the Prize;

6.1.3. any act or default of any supplier, which are beyond reasonable control of Comline Auto Parts Ltd.

6.2. Comline Auto Parts Ltd. does not accept responsibility for any liability arising from technical incompatibility, problems relating to the internet, or technical difficulties of any kind.

7. Jurisdiction

7.1. The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. England & Wales or Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
