Returns Policy

Comline is only able to process returns for purchases made directly through this website. If you purchased a Comline product though a regional distributor, motor factor or garage please contact them directly. They will be happy to process the return for you.

If you are not fully satisfied with one of our products you can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 7 days of receiving the product. We will be happy to issue a refund to the credit or debit card with which the purchase was made. However a 10% handling charge will be applied. Please note that we cannot make a refund to an alternative credit or debit card for security reasons.

We are unable to accept returns outside of the guarantee period.

If there has been a fault with the product within the 12 month warrantee period, firstly we apologise and we will be happy to issue a full refund to the credit card or debit card upon which it was purchased or replace the part for you. We will also issue a refund for any labour costs associated with removing the faulty part and installing a new part for your car.

If you have bought directly through this website and have an order confirmation number please contact returns@comline.uk.com to discuss the best way to organise the return and refund. Please state your order confirmation number in the subject of the e-mail.
