THE VERY LATEST COVID-19 UPDATE FROM COMLINE
During these uncertain times, Comline is making every effort to maintain a consistent and reliable level of service. Comline remains fully operational, however we have had to make some important changes to the business in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our office staff based in Nuneaton and Luton have been instructed to work from home in-line with the government guidelines. Staff are still fully contactable via email or their usual telephone numbers, which have been redirected to their remote locations.
Emergency shift pattern
Our Luton warehouse remains open and is operating at around 70% capacity. This reduced capacity is due to the new implementation of our emergency shift pattern for our warehouse teams. This is aimed at reducing interaction and the possibility of transmitting COVID-19.
In order to help maintain this level of service and the keep the Comline production flowing, our office staff are playing their part in the warehouse operations. Commencing Monday 23rd March, a small team of office staff will support the warehouse each day with picking and packing duties.
The COVID-19 situation is both an uncertain and constantly changing time. Despite this, Comline will strive to adapt to these challenging circumstances and maintain levels of service to its customers. We will continue to communicate via our website as required.
