Commercial Vehicle Brake Programme
Comline is very pleased to announce that we are moving into the commercial vehicle (CV) market with a braking programme of discs and pads. The programme is an extension of Comline’s successful all makes braking programme for passenger car and light commercial vehicle (LCV) applications and will include wear leads and fitting kits where required.
At launch, the CV brake disc programme will consist of 160 references and will cater for 85 per cent of the European truck, trailer and bus parc. The programme is made up of both solid and vented discs, with the vented discs adhering to the latest pillar style, OE technology.
Comline Premium, the name given to the material in the new CV brake pad programme, is for use in standard driving conditions. In line with European regulations, the Comline branded CV brake pad programme is ECE R90 certified and currently consists of 42 part numbers, which covers 99 per cent of the European CV parc. Comline has access to this percentage of the vehicle parc due to a partnership with the Allied Nippon Braking brand. Comline has been distributing Allied Nippon’s KPX CV range in Europe for 10 years. This range for heavy use or harsher driving conditions will continue to be marketed alongside the Comline CV brand.
A detailed and comprehensive catalogue, together with a range of other marketing materials accompanies the range. The catalogue is available online and in paper format. Full details are also available on Tec-Doc. The catalogue provides a guide to the whole CV and LCV braking range, allowing customers to easily match applications with Comline’s parts. With full range technical information, photographs and drawings where necessary, together with a detailed OE cross-reference guide, the catalogue also boasts cross-references to other brands in this sector.
The programme will be introduced on a rolling basis, starting with the UK launch in June and followed by a full Pan-European Launch in July. To register your interest in this programme or to request a catalogue please contact email@example.com.
