To guarantee a quality product it's essential to start with the right materials, and prior to production all raw materials are tested for both hardness and tensile strength.

Each disc is then precision manufactured using state-of-the-art CNC machines before being subjected to a final, 100% dyno balance test. A first class manufacturing process coupled with stringent quality testing ensures saftey, reliability and performance from each and every Comline brake disc.

Technical Note: It is essential that all brake discs are subject to a 'bedding-in' period during the first few hundred miles of use. Failure to observe a proper bedding-in process by applying excessive, hard braking during the first few hundred miles can cause all brake discs to warp.
